Certificates from the Summer 2023 season will be available for collection from January 2024.

Students who have not collected their certificates from previous years will be able to collect these from the exams office. All the certificates are kept securely in the Exams Office, and they need to be collected in person, we do not post, as they are confidential documents and expensive to replace.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need to bring a signed note from you, or you can email: exams@smrt.bristol.sch.uk confirming that you authorise them to collect on your behalf. It is a good idea to let us know beforehand when you intend to come, so as not to make a wasted trip, as the office may not always be open. 

The following dates are provisional only.

• GCSE: Thursday 9 May – Wednesday 19 June 2024
• A Level: Monday 13 May – Tuesday 25 June 2024
• Contingency days: Thursday 6 June 2024 (afternoon), Thursday 13 June 2024 (afternoon) and Wednesday 26 June 2024 (whole day). See this letter for further information.

For all other subjects, please refer to the relevant exam board website.

Once entries have been made, students will receive their individual Statement of Entry, and these are the times and dates they must follow.
