Congratulations to our former students
Congratulations to many of our former students. David Walker (leaver in 2006) gained a first class degree in Physiotherapy from Brunel University (London) and to Tom Hobbs (leaver in 2007) who got a first class degree from Huddersfield University in Music Technology with Sound Engineering, and won the university prize for the best final year project and has already got a job!
We also heard from the University of Nottingham that Anisa Mazidian (leaver in 2007) graduated this summer with a first class honours degree in Physics and from Lady Margaret Hall (Oxford University) that James Black (leaver in 2008) gained a first in his final examinations having studied music.
Rebekah Palmer left SMRT in 2007. In June she graduated from Durham University with a first class honours degree in Modern Languages. As part of her course she lived in Damascus for 10 months, studying Arabic at the prestigious French Institute.
