Certificate Collection

Certificate collection is being organised differently in 2021.

All the certificates are kept securely in the exams office and they need to be collected in person, we do not post, as they are confidential documents and expensive to replace.

The exams office will be open from Monday 21 June through to Tuesday 20 July from 9:30am – 3:30pm, 2:30pm on Fridays.

You are still not allowed into the 6th Form building, so please can you come to the exams office windows in the Ground Floor of the 6th Form Building, between the library and G20, which you can access from Prewett St, opposite the telephone box outside Canynge House. If no-one is there then wait for a couple of minutes and then come to reception to check we are in the building.

If someone is collecting on your behalf, they will need to bring a signed note from you, or you can email: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. confirming that you authorise them to collect on your behalf.

It is a good idea to let us know beforehand when you intend to come, so as not to make a wasted trip, as the office may not always be open.
