Purchasing Uniform

Covid-19 updates:

May 2021 updates:

There are shortages of school uniform supplies due to the pandemic. Please see this Notice for more information.

For an update on what Monkhouse is doing in the Bristol area please see this flyer

Monkhouse have launched a Parent Guide to making uniform purchases with them and it is available here.

June 2021 update:

As term draws to a close, we’re already looking ahead to September. Our uniform provider Monkhouse is working hard to make sure that despite the challenges posed by international shipping, Covid and Brexit, our parents will be able to find everything they need.

This is a reminder that the best way to ensure your child has all the uniform they need in good time for the start of the school year is to shop early, if this is possible for you.

Please book your appointment with Monkhouse now, preferably choosing an appointment in July or Early August.

To stay up to date with news on stock and special offers on uniform and accessories, register for updates from our supplier here.

Thank you for understanding. We know not all parents are able to shop early, but the challenges posed when large numbers of families shop in the last two weeks of August is something we are all keen to avoid. After what has been an interesting school year, please help us to help you to ensure we all return in September raring to go!

Summer Uniform

Our uniform supplier has an online shop: https://www.monkhouse.com/c/4482/St-Mary-Redcliffe-and-Temple

The store is also open (see above for details).

Students may wear summer uniform from Monday 03 May 2021

Summer uniform details:
• School skirt or trousers (all skirts from Famous School branches), Charcoal/Dark Grey
• White school shirt (If students choose to wear a vest or t-shirt under their shirt, it must be plain white and tucked in)
• School Redcliffe Red jumper (sleeved or sleeveless)
• Tights and socks should be plain and black
• Plain black school shoes (no boots, canvas shoes, trainers, sandals or anything with a logo are allowed)

Students are not required to wear their tie or blazer, however if they choose to wear an outer garment, this must be their blazer. Hoodies are not allowed. Students may remove their jumpers (and blazers if they choose to wear them) in lessons, with the teacher's permission; these must be put back on when students leave the classroom so that students look smart and orderly within the School building.

You may want to purchase a sleeveless jumper for the summer as many students find these more comfortable on warmer days. You may also wish to purchase short sleeved white school shirts for the hotter summer months (many stockists have good value deals at the moment).

Second-hand Uniform

The School is pleased to be able to offer items of second-hand uniform for sale to parents/carers. This takes place after school on the last Thursday of each term in the foyer area near Student Reception from 3:30pm to 4:30pm (10:00am to 3:00pm in Term 6). Please check the calendar for dates.
