Joining Rolls-Royce on an apprenticeship means developing unrivalled skills, being part of an expert team that develops high-performance and integrated power solutions for air, land and sea. An apprenticeship is a fantastic way to get ahead of your peers - gaining both industry experience and academic qualifications, whilst earning a competitive salary.

They are hosting an event to provide students, parents/carers and teachers the opportunity to explore all of the apprenticeships they recruit for at Rolls-Royce Bristol, including an opportunity to talk to current apprentices, representatives from their training providers, and members of their development and recruitment teams.

You’ll learn about the world-renowned Rolls-Royce products designed, supported and manufactured on their Bristol site, including seeing some of their Defence engines up close. They’ll also get you excited about some of the cutting-edge future technologies they are using in Aerospace which you could find yourself working on if you join an apprenticeship. 

Their Programmes

GCSE: Practical (including opportunities in Machining, Engine Fitting, Maintenance & Composites) and Technical

A-Level (or equivalent entry): Engineering (Degree), Manufacturing Engineering, (Degree), Materials Laboratories (Degree), Non-Destructive Testing (Degree), Project Management (Degree), Supply Chain Management (Degree), Manufacturing Management (Master’s Degree).

The minimum grade requirements for each programme vary, but for their GCSE Practical programme you must be on track to achieve Grade 4 of above in Maths, English Language, and Science.

For A-level programmes, requirements vary but generally include Maths or Maths and Sciences for Engineering programmes. Check their website for more details.
